Managing Your Tickets

  1. To create a ticket or manage an existing one, click on “Tickets” on the left sidebar menu.
  2. Once on the Tickets page, select a ticket from the tickets list to manage an existing ticket.
  3. To create a new ticket, click on the “Create Ticket” button on the top right corner of the page.
  1. On the Create Ticket page, enter the ticket title under the “Ticket Subject” section.
  2. Describe the purpose of the ticket and upload any relevant file under the “Description” section.
  3. Assign the ticket to an agent using the drop-down options under the “Agent” section.
  4. Set the priority of the ticket.
  5. Select the nature of the ticket under “Type”.
  6. Under “Channel Name”, select the channel you will like to send the ticket through.
  7. Add any relevant tags.
  8. Click on the “Save” button to save and send the ticket.

Note: All created Tickets will be sent to the System Admin.
