Dashboard

There are two dashboards available to an Administrator on Elotree.

  1. Private Dashboard
  2. Advanced Dashboard

Private Dashboard

The Private Dashboard is the first page an Administrator sees when they log on to Elotree. This dashboard provides an overview of the Admin’s account, including active projects and tasks, time logs and work schedules, and calendars. From here, it is quick and easy to navigate to other parts of the platform.

Note: You can also access this dashboard by clicking on the “Dashboard” link at the top of the left sidebar menu, and then clicking “Private Dashboard” from the dropdown menu.

Navigating The Private Dashboard

Admin Card

This card displays the Admin’s details including name, department, and identification number. It also displays the number of active projects and open tasks the Admin currently has.

Clicking on the figure under “Open Tasks” or “Projects” takes you to your Tasks or Projects page where you can view the details of each task or project.

Tasks

This card displays the number of “Pending” and “Overdue” tasks currently assigned to the Admin. 

Clicking on the figure above “Pending” or “Overdue” takes you to the list of pending tasks or the list of overdue tasks where you can view the details of each task.

Projects

This card displays the number of “In Progress” and “Overdue” projects that the Admin is currently working on. 

Clicking on the figure above “In Progress” or “Overdue” takes you to the list of current projects or the list of overdue projects where you can view the details of each project.

Week Time Logs

This card displays a brief overview of the total number of hours the Admin has worked in the current week. 

Clicking on a specific day of the week displays the number of hours logged that day.

Leads

This card displays information about the Leads that the Admin is currently assigned to. 

Clicking on the figure above “Total Leads” or “Converted Leads” takes you to the list of current leads or the list of leads that have been converted into clients, where you can view the details of each lead.

Shift Schedule

This card displays the working schedule of the Admin for the current week, with an indication of the start and end times for each day. 

Click the “Employee Shift” button to display the various available shifts and expected start and end times for each shift.

My Task

Here, you can view a list of your currently assigned tasks with their corresponding statuses and due dates. You can navigate to the details of each task by clicking on the task name.

My Calendar

This card displays the Admin’s scheduled activities for the current week including tasks, events, holidays, tickets, and leaves. 

By clicking the three dots at the top right corner of this card, you can select which activity you wish to be displayed on the calendar. 

You can also adjust the calendar to display activities for the month, week, or day by selecting the corresponding option at the top right area of the card.

Advanced Dashboard

Navigating The Advanced Dashboard

You can access this dashboard by clicking on the “Dashboard” link at the top of the left sidebar menu, and then clicking “Advanced Dashboard” from the dropdown menu.

The Advanced Dashboard has six tabs – Overview, Project, Client, HR, Ticket, and Finance –  with the Overview tab being the default view upon accessing the dashboard.

Overview Tab
  • The Overview tab provides a quick view of metrics for all aspects of your organization.
  • To select the widgets to display on the Overview page, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.
Project Tab

The Project tab, or Project Dashboard, shows information about the number of active and overdue projects, and the total number of hours logged to them.

This tab also provides a graphical representation of projects grouped based on their statuses, allowing for quick visualization.

  • Click on the tab displaying a date range at the top right area of the page to filter information on this page by date range.
  • Click on the Total Projects card to view the list of all active projects, or click on the Overdue Projects card to view the list of all overdue projects.
  • Click on the Hours Logged card to view the Time Log Report of all employees’ activities on all projects.
  • To select the widgets to display on the Project Dashboard, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.
Client Tab

The Client tab, or Client Dashboard, shows information about clients, leads, and contracts.

This tab also provides graphical representations of time logged for each client and the corresponding earnings, allowing for quick visualization.

The Recent Login Activities card at the bottom of the page informs the Admin of the last time a client logged into the platform.

  • Click on the tab displaying a date range at the top right area of the page to filter information on this page by date range.
  • Click on the Total Clients card to view the list of all clients. 
  • Click on the Total Leads card to view the list of all recorded leads, or click the Lead Conversions card to view all leads that have been converted to clients.
  • Click on the Contracts Generated card to view the list of all contracts created, or click on the Contracts Signed card to view the list of all created contracts that have been signed.
  • To select the widgets to display on the Client Dashboard, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.
HR Tab

The HR tab, or HR Dashboard, shows information about employees, departments, attendance, and leaves.

This tab provides graphical representations of all employees of the organization. grouped by their departments, designations, gender, and roles, all allowing for quick visualization.

  • Click on the tab displaying a date range at the top right area of the page to filter information on this page by date range.
  • Click on the Leaves Approved card to view the list of all employees approved for upcoming leaves. 
  • Click on the Employees card to view the list of all current employees of the organization.
  • Click on the Today Attendance card to view all employees in attendance on the current day.
  • To select the widgets to display on the HR Dashboard, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.
Ticket Tab

The Ticket tab, or Ticket Dashboard, shows information about tickets, including the number of open tickets and resolved tickets.

This tab also displays tickets in groups based on types, status, and the channel through which they were submitted.

  • Click on the tab displaying a date range at the top right area of the page to filter information on this page by date range.
  • Click on the Tickets card to view the list of all open tickets. 
  • To select the widgets to display on the Ticket Dashboard, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.
Finance Tab

The Finance tab, or Finance Dashboard, shows the financial information of the organization, including the number of paid and unpaid invoices.

This tab also provides graphical representations of earnings from each project and client, and invoices by their statuses, allowing for quick visualization.

  • Click on the tab displaying a date range at the top right area of the page to filter information on this page by date range.
  • Click on the Invoices card to view the list of all active invoices.
  • Click on the Finance card to view the Income Vs Expense page where you can view the organization’s total earnings compared to its total expenses over a specified period of time.
  • To select the widgets to display on the Finance Dashboard, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner of the page.
